Lucy has been amazing with our 10 year old daughter, helping her through a difficult period of assessment and intervention for anxiety, OCD and ASD. Over the past 12 months our daughter has had many necessary appointments with various mental health professionals, but the biggest breakthroughs have been through art therapy with Lucy. Through regular sessions, Lucy has helped her to understand and articulate her emotions, overcome anxieties, prepare for upcoming events and exposures, and find practical enjoyable ways to regulate and express emotional challenges. Lucy is kind, intuitive, creative, fun and engaging, and has a beautiful way of building rapport. She is a great communicator, flexible in her approach, and a skilled therapist who creates individualised sessions which are just right for her clients needs. She has gently and professionally guided our daughter on a wonderful and successful therapeutic journey. Our daughter wishes she could do art therapy with Lucy every day!
